Les Mills Certified Group Fitness

 

BODY PUMP

A 60 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning. BODY PUMP is proven to be 'the world's fastest way to get in shape', burning 500 calories per session.

 

BODY ATTACK

Simple, athletic, electric! BODYATTACK is a cardiovascular interval training program combining high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises. This program is a huge energy consumer, burning up to 700 calories per session!

 

BODY BALANCE

Incorportating elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. BODY BALANCE is a fabulous mind/body class useful for increasing strength and flexibility, improving coordination and balance, as well as giving an overall sense of wellbeing. This class concludes with a meditation and relaxation session.
 

 SH'BAM

Come as you are, leave a star! Featuring simple but seriously hot dance moves, SH'BAM is the perfect way to shape up and let out your inner star - even if dance isn't your natural thing. Set to a soundtrack of chart topping hits, dance music heard in the world's hottest nightclubs, familiar classics remixedand modernised Latin beats, SH'BAM is the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise.

 

 

 


Group Fitness

Fight Club

A 45 - 60 minute workout combining boxing and kickboxing drills with punches, kicks and abdominal strength work. Get your gloves on because this class is fully loaded with energy burning fun to relieve stress and improve fitness. No experience required.

Cycle

On stationary bikes you’ll go riding to the rhythm of powerful music, while the instructor takes you through hills, flats, mountains and valleys. An ultimate 45 minute cardio session to burn energy and improve fitness.

Also available as a 30 minute express session if you're pressed for time or up for a challenge!

 

Deep Water Aerobics (DWA)

A high energy, low impact, muscular conditioning and FUN water workout combining cardio and resistance exercises using a buoyancy belt. Come along and have a great time!

 

Swim Fit

Caters to beginners and advanced swimmers. Fine tune your technique and breathing, learn to reduce drag and increase your balance in the water while becoming aware of your posture. All session include an element of stroke correction.

 

Bike & Box

A 50 minute complete body workout that rolls both Cycle and Fight Club into one action packed class. For those that like Cycle but want some more variety, this is the class for you!

 

Vinyasa Yoga

Join a fun, dynamic class that takes you through a sequence of sun salutations, building on each one and working with the breath to improve strength, flexibility and body awareness. This class includes specially chosen poses designed to rejuvenate the body, and calm & quieten the mind. All fitness levels welcome.

Outdoor exercise program that works you hard to get results. Whether you're a finely tuned athlete, couch potato or just in need of a tune up, we cater for all fitness levels without screaming or dragging you through the mud.
